At Ashok Hotel Nainital there are 21 Double bed Rooms, 4 Triple Bed Rooms, 5 Four Bedded Rooms and 2 Single Bed Rooms, a total capcity of 76 beds.
In all, we can comfortably accomodate a group of 100 people.

Children upto 5 years will be free, from 5 years to 12 years will be charged @ 50% of above in MAP and the abovementioned two packages.
Larger groups may negotiate.
Food to be provided in every meal & package will be vegetarian.
Photo ID is must before check-in in every Nainital Hotels.
Transport is not included in either of the packages.

Room Rate of Rs. 1000 - 2500 were GST at 12% will be charged, Those with a Tarrif of rs. 2500-7500 GST wil be charged 18%

For reservation
one day's rent will have to be deposited in our State Bank of India (IFSC code 03140) current account (CBS) no. 30388828847 in the name of 'Ashok Hotel, Nainital' with immediate intimation to us via phone call or e-mail. Counterfoil of the advance deposit will have to be produced as the proof at the time of arrival.

Cancellation
Only 50% of the advance will be refundable if the cancellation is done till 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. No refund is allowed thereafter or for non arrival at the hotel.

How to reach
Ashok Hotel is just 50 metres (2 minutes walk) from Main Bus Stand at Tallital on Nainital Bhowali motor road. It is a Zero climb hotel with ample parking space, hence very much suitable for weak and elderly people.
