Welcome to Ashok Hotel Nainital. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Booking and Reservations

  • Advance Payment: To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one day’s rent is required. The payment should be made to our State Bank of India account (IFSC code 03140, Account No. 30388828847).
  • Proof of Payment: A counterfoil of the advance deposit must be presented upon arrival as proof of payment.
  • Photo Identification: All guests must present valid photo identification at check-in, as per local regulations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the scheduled arrival date are eligible for a 50% refund of the advance payment. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or for no-shows.

Room Rates and Taxes

  • Tariff Details: Room rates are subject to applicable GST. Rooms priced between ₹1,000 and ₹2,500 will incur a 12% GST, while those priced between ₹2,500 and ₹7,500 will incur an 18% GST.
  • Meal Plans: Rates are available in various plans: European Plan (EP), Continental Plan (CP), and Modified American Plan (MAP), which include different combinations of lodging and meals.

Children and Extra Guests

  • Children’s Policy: Children up to 5 years stay free. Children aged 5 to 12 years will be charged 50% of the adult rate under MAP and other packages.
  • Extra Guests: Additional guests will incur extra charges, and floor bedding will be provided.

General Policies

  • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in and check-out times are as per the hotel’s policy. Please confirm these times when making your reservation.
  • Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. Any damage to hotel property may result in additional charges.

Liability

  • Ashok Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

Amendments

  • Ashok Hotel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Guests are encouraged to review these terms regularly.
